摘要
钽丝的压力加工生产过程主要由轧制和拉拔工序组成,而轧制和拉拔工序均会对钽丝质量,尤其是表面质量产生重要影响,钽丝的表面质量决定着钽丝的寿命,因此本文对原料夹杂、轧制-拉拔工艺生产钽丝的表面质量缺陷及其成因进行分析,并提出了提高钽丝表面质量的解决办法。
The pressure of tantalum processing production process is mainly composed of rolling and drawing process, and roiling and drawing process are of tantalum and will quality, especially the important influence the surface quality, tantalum wire surface quality determines the life span of tantalum, so in this paper, the raw materials mixing, rolling and drawing technology in production of tantalum wire surface quality defects and their causes were analyzed, and puts forward some solutions to improve the surface quality of the tantalum.
