氨溴索雾化吸入对放射性肺炎患者血清炎症因子的影响 被引量:3

Effect of atomizing inhalation of ambroxol on radiation pneumonitis patients' serum inflammatory factors

摘要 目的:观察氨溴索雾化吸入对放射性肺炎患者血清炎症因子的影响。方法:选择100例放射性肺炎患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予氨溴索雾化吸入。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前及治疗后7 d血清白细胞介素(IL)及其它炎症因子的变化。结果:观察组的总有效率(96.0%)显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后血清IL-6、IL-8、IL-10水平均较治疗前明显降低,观察组治疗后血清IL-6、IL-8、IL-10均低于对照组治疗后水平(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清肿瘤坏死因子-α、超敏C反应蛋白低于治疗前及对照组治疗后水平(P<0.05)。结论:氨溴索雾化吸入能降低放疗性肺炎患者血清炎症因子水平,改善炎症反应状态,对肺损伤有一定保护作用。 Objective: To observe the effect of ambroxol inhalation to serum inflammatory factors of radioactive pneumonia patients. Methods: One hundred cases of radiation pneumonia patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given conventional treatment. On the basis of routine treatment,the observation group was given ambroxol inhalation. The clinical efficacy of two groups and the changes of serum interleukin( IL) and other inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group( 96%) was significantly higher than that of control group( P〈0. 05).The serum IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 were significantly decreased after treatment in the two groups. After treatment,the serum IL-8,IL-10 and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those of the control group( P〈0. 05). Serum TNF-alpha,hs-CRP of observation group after treatment were lower than pretherapeutic levels and those of control group after treatment( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Ambroxol aerosol inhalation can reduce the inflammatory factor levels of patients with radiation pneumonia,improve the inflammatory response and has protective effect to lung injury.
