电励磁爪极发电机漏磁计算分析

摘要 构建了某型车用6对极36槽爪极发电机的三维有限元模型,仿真计算了空载和负载工况下爪极电机漏磁特性。考虑定转子铁芯材料的非线性特征,分析了饱和现象对爪极发电机输出性能和漏磁特性的影响。根据有限元计算的磁场结果,分析了齿间漏磁和极间漏磁对气隙磁场的影响,并通过齿间和极间位置磁场特征的对比,分析了定转子间的磁通路径,指出极间磁通有一部分是有效磁通。通过电机空载反电动势试验验证了有限元电磁仿真结果的准确性,间接验证了该研究内容的可靠性。 This paper built a three dimensional finite element( FE) model of 6 pole pairs 36 slots claw pole alternator,and simulated the magnetic flux leakage properties on no-load and load condition. The influence of saturation on output performance and leakage features was analyzed by incorporating the nonlinear characteristics of materials of stator and rotor. Based on the results of magnetic field simulation,the influence of inter-teeth leakage and inter-poles leakage on air-gap magnetic filed was analyzed. Besides,the magnetic flux densities in the position of interteeth and inter-poles were compared,magnetic flux path between stator and rotor was presented. The research was indirectly verified by back-electromotive test under no-load.
