摘要
混合动力驱动是提高车辆燃油经济性的重要措施。对一种新兴混合动力卡车进行了燃油经济性方面的仿真研究。该混合动力卡车由牵引车和带电驱动的挂车组成,牵引车和挂车之间通过内置测力传感器的牵引鞍座连接,通过分析该传感器信号来控制电动机在制动回收、空载以及动力辅助3种模式之间进行切换。基于IPG/Truck Maker和MATLAB/Simulink搭建了前向联合仿真模型并进行了仿真研究。仿真结果表明,该种混合动力方式可以明显改善挂车列车燃油经济性。
Hybrid technology is an important measure to improve the fuel efficiency of trucks. A semi-trailer truck with a new hybrid structure is studied in this paper. This hybrid structure consists of a traditional tractor with diesel motor and an electric motorized trailer. When needed,the trailer can also recover the braking energy through the electric motor. The trailer is coupled to the tractor by a kingpin with a built-in force measure sensor. The signals from the sensor work as the input to decide a working mode of the electric motor. The fuel economy of this kind of hybrid truck is simulated on IPG / Truck Maker-MATLAB / Simulink combined simulation platform. The results show that this hybrid structure can improve the fuel economy of a semi-trailer truck.
