基于柔性轨道的车辆耦合动力学研究

摘要 随着铁路的高速化、重载化,轮轨作用力逐渐增强,进一步深入、准确理解车辆—轨道作用力的特性比以往显得更加重要。该文利用车辆-轨道耦合思想,将轨道以Timoshenko梁建立一层弹性支撑的柔性轨道模型,研究柔性体模态对轮轨力的影响,比较刚性轨道与柔性轨道的区别,探究柔性轨道轨下基础变化对车辆动力学的影响。结果表明,柔性轨道相比刚性轨道能更好地反映出轮轨之间的相互耦合作用,证实了在柔性轨道下的轨枕参数变化对列车动力学性能有一定影响。 With the high speed and heavy load of the railway,the wheel / rail interaction force gradually strengthening,more thorough and accurate understanding of the characteristics of vehicle-track interaction is more important than before. In this paper,based on the theory of vehicle-track coupling,a flexible track model with a layer of elastic support is built in the form of the Timoshenko beam. This paper has the study on the influence of the flexible body mode on the wheel / rail forces,thecomparison of the difference between rigid and flexible tracks and the research on the influence of the base change on the dynamics of the vehicle. The results show that flexible track compared to rigid track can reflect the mutual coupling effects between wheel and rail better. This confirms that sleeper parameters change in the flexible rail has certain influence on the dynamic performance of the train.
