摘要
智能清扫车在无人驾驶时需对车灯信号、作业信号进行自动控制。文章提出了一种智能清扫车的车身控制方案,并进行了硬件电路设计和系统软件设计。通过接收CAN网络上的控制信息,实现了对车灯和作业系统的自动控制;同时,通过故障诊断,及时将故障信息发送至CAN网络,避免了车辆在行驶中出现安全事故。现场应用表明,该系统具有控制精确、可靠性强等特点。
The light signals and the cleaning function should be automatically controlled by unmanned mechanical sweeper. This paper designs a kind of automobile body control system applied on unmanned mechanical sweeper,and introduces the design of hardware and software systems. The system realizes the automatic control of the light signals and the cleaning function by receiving the message of instruction from CAN bus. Meanwhile,if the system is out of work,it will send the fault information immediately to the CAN bus for avoiding accident. Field application has shown that this system runs stably with higher accuracy.
