摘要
为提高低年资护士临床技能培训的效果,加强培训信息化管理,护理部使用在医院办公平台上开发的网上实训预约管理系统。应用后,低年资护士能自主安排培训时间,培训管理者能有效控制每次培训人数,保证培训质量,提高培训管理工作效率。1年中,共进行低年资护士临床技能培训4 359人次。
In order to improve the outcomes of clinical skills training for junior nurses and strengthen the information management of nurse training,an online reservation management system was developed based on hospital information system. This reservation management system enabled junior nurses to arrange training time independently,facilitated administrators to control the number of participants,ensured the quality of inservice training and improved the efficiency of training management. Totally 4 359 junior nurses participated in clinical skills training by using the online reservation management in the recent year.
