护理实践环境与患者安全文化感知的相关性研究

The relationship between nurses' perceptions of nursing work environment and patient safety culture

目的调查临床护士护理实践环境和患者安全文化感知现状,并探讨护理实践环境与患者安全文化感知的关系。方法采用自制一般资料调查表、护士工作环境感知问卷和患者安全文化感知问卷对郑州市6所三级综合医院500名护士进行调查。结果护士临床护理实践环境总分为(72.88±9.24)分,患者安全文化感知总分为(100.61±12.72)分,相关分析显示,护士护理实践环境与患者安全文化感知呈正相关。回归分析显示,同事关系、医疗配置和人力资源可解释患者安全文化感知总变异的39.4%。结论管理者应完善支持性的护理实践环境,从而建立良性患者安全文化,保障患者安全。

Objective To investigate the current status of nurses＇ perceptions of nursing work environment and patient safety culture,and analyze the relationship between them. Methods Totally 500 nurses from 6 tertiary general hospitals in Zhengzhou were investigated using work environment questionnaire and patient safety culture assessing scale. Results The total score of nursing work environment and nurses＇ perceptions of patient safety culture was （72.88±9.24） and（100.61±12.72）,respectively. Nursing work environment was positively correlated to nurses＇ perceptions of patient safety culture. Multiple regression analysis showed that colleague relationship, allocation of medical resources and nursing human resource were influence factors of nurses＇ perceptions of patient safety culture, which could explain 39.4% of the total variance. Conclusion Nursing managers should improve supportive nursing work environment to create favorable patient safety culture and ensure patient safety.
