睡眠障碍人群脑内神经递质的表现及意义 被引量:13

Expression and significance of neurotransmitter in the brain of sleep disorders patients

摘要 目的探讨睡眠障碍人群和健康人群的脑内神经递质在脑涨落图仪下活动的表现差异,分析睡眠障碍人群的脑内神经递质变化的意义。方法采用简单随机抽样的方法随机抽取毕节市第三人民医院体检中心前来体检并自诉有严重睡眠障碍的患者为睡眠障碍组,同时随机抽取前来体检的健康体检者为对照组,以脑涨落图仪检测脑内神经递质活动变化情况及大脑功能状态的变化。结果睡眠障碍人群脑内的γ-氨基丁酸、谷氨酸、5-羟色胺、乙酰胆碱、去甲肾上腺素、多巴胺、兴奋递质3、抑制递质13、大脑总功率、运动指数、兴奋抑制指数、血管舒缩指数分别为:36.38±6.84、42.80±4.56、223.91±75.61、170.50±46.91、157.90±18.9、79.30±39.11、290.01±41.13、59.38±24.42、929.45±132.18、0.50±0.07、1.60±0.48、0.55±0.12。除兴奋抑制指数和血管舒缩指数的均数高于对照组以外,其余各指标均数均低于健康对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与对照组比较,睡眠障碍人群脑内的神经递质功能和脑功能指数均明显下降。脑涨落图仪检测到的脑内神经递质的变化对睡眠障碍人群有诊断意义。 Objective To compare the variation characteristics of intracerebral neurotransmitter between sleep disorderpatients and healthy individuals by using encephalo fluctuation graph(EFG), and to propose preventive measures based on thesignificances of these variation characteristics. Methods Cases were randomly selected from patients who attended theirregular medical examination and claimed having sleep disorder. Controls were randomly selected from healthy individuals whoattended their regular medical examination. The intracerebral neurotransmitter characteristics and cerebral state of participantsfrom both case and control groups were determined during the period between 3 pm and 6 pm. Results The EFG of sleepdisorders patients showed that the mean measurement of γ-aminobutyric acid, aminoglutaric acid, 5-hydroxytryptamine, acetylcholine, noradrenaline, dopamine, excitatory transmitter 3, inhibitory transmitter 13, total cerebral power, exercise index,excitatory inhibition index, and vasomotor index were(36.38±6.84),(42.80±4.56),(223.91±75.61),(170.50±46.91),(157.90±18.9),(79.30 ± 39.11),(290.01 ± 41.13),(59.38 ± 24.42),(929.45 ± 132.18),(0.50 ± 0.07),(1.60 ± 0.48), and(0.55 ± 0.12),respectively. Statistical analysis showed that except for vasomotor index, the measured indicators of the sleep disorder patientswere significantly lowered than those of healthy individuals(P〈0.05). Conclusion In contrast with healthy individuals, theEFG of sleep disorder patients showed lowered intracerebral neurotransmitter. This finding has clinical significance in thediagnosis of sleep disorder.
