摘要
作物染色体片段置换系群体是挖掘作物新资源、作物数量遗传研究和杂种优势利用等研究的理想工具,是作物遗传改良的重要遗传资源。因此,构建作物染色体片段置换系群体,对丰富作物遗传资源和作物生产发展具有十分重要的意义。本研究概括了作物染色体片段置换系构建的原理、特点以及分类,重点阐述了作物染色体片段置换系构建过程中置换的遗传机制和遗传效应,提出了该群体构建过程中存在的问题与研究展望。
Chromosome segment substitution lines in crops are the most ideal tools for genetic research like excavating new resources, quantitative genetic studies and the utilization of heterosis, which are important genetic resources for genetic improvement of crops. Therefore, the construction of chromosome segment substitution lines is of great significance for enrichment of genetic resources and development of crop production. This research summarized the principle, characteristics and classification of chromosome segment substitution line in crops with the focus on their genetic mechanism and genetic effects, and proposed existing problems of the construction of chromosome segment substitution lines and the prospects.
