“组织起来”与群体心理:以晋西北根据地为例(1944-1946)

“Organizing” and Group Psychology——Making Northwestern Shanxi Base Area as a Case

"组织起来"是抗战时期中国共产党在根据地进行的一次广泛的社会动员。然而动员对象并非简单屈从于"组织起来",其心理发展趋向不尽相同。一方面,消极应对心理蔓延。基层干部群体存在剥削、应付、自私、放任、抵触、漠视等心理;而农民群体则存在应付、怕吃亏、怕"变天"、怕冒尖、太平、散漫等心理。另一方面,以贫雇农为核心的基层干部群体和农民群体随着中国共产党社会动员方式的改变,产生了倾向于政党政治意图的积极革命心理。通过分析晋西北根据地不同群体心理的发展趋向,以期重新解读历史现场中"组织起来"的复杂相,进而为今天社会主义新农村建设提供有意义的借鉴。

＂Organizing＂ was a wide range of social mobilization promotedby the CPC in anti-Japanese base ares. However, the mobilized objects were not simple to succumb to＂Organizing＂, their psychological development trends were not the same. On the one hand, the negative psychology was expanded. In the grassroots cadres group, the psychology of perfunctoriness, exploition, selfishness, looseness and uncon- cernedness were existed. In the meantime, the psychology of perfunctoriness, afraid to lose, afraid to restorate, afraid toattract, peace and looseness were existed in the ordinary peasant group. On the other hand, the group of cadres and peasant in the poor were tending to revolutionary psychologyof party political intentions with the change of mobilizing mode. By analyzing different groups of psychological develop- ment trends in northwestern Shanxi base area, in order to reinterpret the complex phase of＂organizing＂ in the history field and provide a meaningful reference for today＇s socialist new rural reconstruction.
