摘要
阐述住宅工程质量常见问题治理的相关政策、规范依据,结合当地开展专项治理的具体做法,分析了住宅工程常见质量问题的成因以及采取专项治理的具体措施,有效遏制了当地住宅工程建设中常见质量问题的发生。
This paper expounded policies and basis of specifications on dealing with common problems on residential construction quality,along with specific dealing measures taken in local,this paper studied the causes of these problems and the specific measures to be taken to manage these problems which was possible to diminish these common problems occurring in local residential constructions.
