不同种源黑果枸杞种子萌发特性研究 被引量:3

Study on the Seed Germination Characteristics of Lycium ruthenicumfrom different provenances

摘要 通过对4个种源黑果枸杞(Lycium ruthenicum)种子大小、质量及含水量的测定,对发芽率、发芽势、萌发启动速度、发芽指数等萌发特性的研究结果表明:(1)4个种源黑果枸杞种子存在一定的差异,大小依次为青海>新疆>民勤>额济纳旗,质量和含水量依次为青海>民勤>新疆>额济纳旗;(2)4个种源黑果枸杞种子的发芽起始温度为15℃,恒温下的最适发芽温度为25℃,变温下的最适发芽温度为20℃/30℃,各种源种子在变温条件下均高于恒温条件下的各项发芽指标,即20℃/30℃为黑果枸杞的最佳发芽温度,其发芽势最高为额济纳旗75.8%;发芽率最高为民勤89.0%,且前三者发芽率没有明显差异;(3)额济纳旗种源黑果枸杞种子在发芽起始至最适温度之间的发芽能力均优于其它3个种源。除20℃/30℃的发芽率之外,4个种源种子的发芽势、萌发启动速度和发芽指数的顺序为额济纳旗>民勤>青海>新疆。 Through analysis the seed size,weight and water content determination of Lycium ruthenicumfrom four provenances,the seeds germination characteristics,such as germination rate,germination potential,start the germination rate and germination index in the different germination temperature were studied.The results show that(1)The four seeds have diversity,the big to small size order of provenance is Qinghai XinjiangMinqin Ejina county,the weight and water content order of provenance are the same above.(2)The initial seed germination temperature from four provenance is 15 ℃,the optimal germination temperature under constant temperature is 25 ℃,the optimum germination under the condition of variable temperature is 20℃/30℃,the variable temperature are higher than under the condition of constant temperature,the best germination temperature is 20℃and 30℃,and at this temperature the highest germination potential of seed is from Ejina county reaching 75.8%,The highest germination rate is from Minqin reaching 89.0%.and there is no difference all of them.(3)The seed germination potential from Ejina county is the best one in initial seed germination temperature to optimal germination temperature.Expect 20℃and 30℃,the provenance order of germination rate,potential,start the germination speed and germination index are Ejina countyMinqinQinghaiXinjiang.
