农业“触网”,“淘宝村”兴起——青岛加快实施“互联网+现代农业”农业信息化综合水平将达65%以上

Agriculture "Touches Network" and "Taobao Village" Rises——Qingdao Speeds up Implementation of "Internet+Modern Agriculture";Comprehensive IT Application Level in Agriculture will exceed 65%

2015年8月,青岛市政府发布了《青岛市＂互联网＋现代农业＂行动计划》（以下称《行动计划》）,全面推进互联网与农业生产、经营、管理、服务、创业融合发展,打造现代农业发展升级版。近日,记者从青岛市农委市场与经济信息处了解到,《行动计划》实施以来,青岛市农业信息化水平取得显著进步,被农业部评为全国现代农业示范区和全国农业农村信息化示范基地。目前,全市农业信息化水平达到58%,农业科技贡献率达到67%。

In August 2015,Qingdao Municipal Government issued Action Plan on Qingdao 'Internet + Modern Agriculture'(hereinafter referred to as Action Plan) to comprehensively promote integrated development of Internet and agricultural production,operation,management,services and entrepreneurship and build the upgraded version of modern agriculture development.Recently,the reporter learned from the Market and Economic Information Office of Qingdao Municipal Rural Affairs Commission that since the implementation of Action Plan,the IT application level in agriculture has risen greatly,and Qingdao has been awarded as National Modern Agriculture Demonstration Area and National Agricultural and Rural IT Application Demonstration Base by the Ministry of Agriculture.At present,the whole city's IT application level in agriculture has reached 58% and contribution rate of agricultural technology has reached 67%.
