近年来,微视频在正式学习中的理论和应用研究得到了学者较高关注,在非正式学习中也有相关的实践应用。党员干部现代远程教育作为远程教育的一种形式,遵循远程教育发生、发展的基本规律。探索微视频与党员干部现代远程教育相融合,对提高党员干部现代远程教育实效性有重要的意义,同时也对丰富微视频在非学历教育、非正式学习中的理论和应用研究有重要意义。该文分析了微视频与党员干部现代远程教育的融合基础,从人员素质、平台构建、资源建设和学习方式四方面探析了融合路径,并结合实践应用分析了融合的优势。

In recent years, the theory and application of micro video in formal learning such as academic education has been highly concerned by scholars, and it also has the practical application in informal learning such as the enterprise training. Modern distance education for the Chinese Communist Party members as a form of distance education, its occurrence and development process also follow the basic rules of distance education. Exploring the integration path of the micro video and Chinese Communist Party members modern distance education, this is conducive to broaden the application field of micro video in non-academic education and informal learning. This has important political significance, but also has important theoretical research and practical significance. This paper analyzes the integration basis of micro video and the Chinese Communist Party members modern distance education, and explores the integration path from four aspects： personnel quality, platform construction, resource construction and learning methods.
