摘要
目的 :研究 β 环糊精包合片姜黄挥发油的最佳工艺。方法 :正交实验法 ,考察挥发油包结率、包合物收得率及包合物含油率 3个指标。结果 :优选出包合工艺为 :片姜黄挥发油 :β 环糊精 (1∶9) ,包合温度为 4 0 °C ,包合时间 1.5h ,挥发油利用率为 86 .5 %。结论 :此工艺得率较高可以应用。
Objective:To study optimum inclusion process conditions for volatile oil from Curcuma wenyujin. Methods: The study was carried out with orthogonal design. The process conditions were studied by determining the ultizision ratio of volatile oil from Curcuma wenyujin , the oil bearing rate and extract ratio of inclusion compound. Results: The optimum preparation conditions for inclusion were established as∶oil∶β CD was 1∶9, The inclusion temperature and time were at 40 °C and for 1.5h , The ultizision ratio of oil was 86.5% . Conclusions: The rate is high and the method is applicable.
