摘要
2016年中央1号文件提出了农业供给侧改革作为"十三五"期间农业发展的主要方向。本研究通过搜集、整理、分析相关数据及资料,运用历史研究和现实研究、理论研究与实证分析方法相结合,按农业供给侧总目标从调结构、去库存、降成本、补短板、提品质、促融合6个方面因地制宜地提出了相应对策提升新疆农产品竞争力,以推进新疆农业供给侧结构性改革。
The Central Document No.1 proposed agricultural supply side reforms as "agricultural development" in 13th Five-Year during the main direction in 2016. In this paper, through collecting, collating, analyzing relevant data and information, using historical research and practical research, the combination of theoretical research and empirical analysis. From structural adjustment, to the inventory, reduce cost, make up the short board provided, quality, to promote the fusion of several aspects to put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the competitiveness of Xinjiang agricultural products and promote the development of Xinjiang agricultural supply side structural reforms.
