天津地区CSA模式的探讨

Discussion on Mode of Community Supported Agriculture(CSA) in Tianjin

近年来,消费者对食品安全的重视程度逐渐提高,社区支持农业(CSA)模式在我国得到了快速发展。CSA是一种生产者与消费者直接对接的农产品销售模式,其与传统农业相比具有很大的优势。本文在对我国常见CSA模式总结的基础上,对天津地区适宜的CSA模式进行了探讨。

In recent years, with the improvement of consumer＇s food safety, community supported agriculture （CSA） mode has been developed rapidly in our country. CSA was a kind of agricultural product sales model which was directly connected with consumers and producers. Compared with traditional agriculture, CSA has great advantage. In this paper, based on summarizing the common CSA model in China, the suitable CSA mode in Tianjin was discussed.
