ABR-两级接触氧化池联合净化印染废水 被引量:3

摘要 采用ABR-两级接触氧化池联合处理印染废水,探讨了HRT对ABR反应池运行效果的影响和两级接触氧化池的净化效果。结果表明,HRT降低会导致ABR净化效果明显下降,但是ABR为后续的好氧生物处理提供良好的降解条件;当HRT为10 h时,COD和色度平均去除率分别达22.5%和51%,B/C比值为0.3。ABR出水再经过两级接触氧化池,出水的COD、BOD和色度分别为32.2~77.3 mg/L、7.9~19.6 mg/L和11.6~49.1,均达到了GB 4287—2012《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》直接排放的要求。 Dyeing wastewater is treated by using ABR and two steps biological contact oxidation. The in- fluence of HRT on the operation efficiency of ABR and the purification efficiency of two steps biological contact oxidations are investigated. The results indicate that the purification efficiency of ABR has signifi- cantly decreased with the reduction of HRT. However, the effluent of ABR provides good degradation conditions for subsequent aerobic biological treatment. The averaged removal rates of COD and color are 22.5% and 51%, the B/C ratio is 0.3. The effluent of ABR is further treated by two steps biological contact oxidations, so the COD, BOD, color of the effluent are 32.2-77.3 mg/L, 7.9N19.6 mg/L and 11.6- 49.1 NTU, respectively. The water qualities can meet the demand of discharge standard of water pollut- ants for textile dyeing and finishing industry (GB 4287--2012).
