摘要
以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、端羟基有机硅嵌段聚醚(自制)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)为主要原料,亚硫酸氢钠为封端剂,合成有机硅线段水性聚氨酯乳液(WPU)。以棉针织物抗起毛起球性能及手感为评判标准,对DMPA质量分数,R值[n(—NCO)/n(—OH)]以及端羟基硅油的相对分子质量进行优化。结果表明:R值为1.3,DMPA质量分数7%(对单体总质量),硅油相对分子质量2 000时,所合成的整理剂均匀分散并拥有良好稳定性,且处理后织物抗起毛起球性能及手感良好,与未经整理剂处理的织物相比提高1~2级。
The water-borne polyurethane emulsions (WPU) are synthesized by the reaction of iosphorone- diisocyanate (IPDI), block segment terminal hydroxyl silicone oil, 2,2-dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA), 1,4-butanediol (BDO) and terminated by sodium bisulfite. The dosage of DMPA, R value [n(--NCO)/ n(--OH)] and different molecular weight of blocked segment terminal hydroxyl silicone oil are optimized using anti-pilling property and handle of cotton knitted fabric. The results show that the water-borne polyurethane solution has a good centrifugal stability and the treated fabric has better anti-pilling level and feeling (improved by 1-2 level) when Rvalue is 1.3, the dosage of DMPA is 7% (on the mass of total monomers), the molecular weight of silicone oil is 2 000.
