Under the situation of self-reflection teaching has been paying more attentions,teachers will pay more attention to self-reflection in teaching as well. Especially teachers how to self-reflection on teaching,can more effectively promote teachers＇ self improvement,that is a problem worthy of serious discussion and research. This paper based on the perspective of extension logic,it gives the principle to solve the problem clearly,and discus how to carry out the principle of the method set out in simple terms. In order to attract more attention,research and apply to extend greater range.
