新疆农民工权益法律保障问题研究

Research on the Legal Protection of Xinjiang Migrant Workers' Rights and Interests

农民工对新疆的建设做出了巨大的贡献,但他们作为劳动者所应享有的平等就业权、休息权、获取报酬权、劳动保护权、子女受教育权、享受医疗、养老、失业、工伤保险等社会保障权却缺乏应有的保障和关怀。如何在法律层面保障农民工权益是一项亟待解决而又相当艰巨的任务。本文基于新疆农民工的常态现状提出法律建议。

Migrant workers have made significant contributions to the construction of Xinjiang. As of equal employment rights of workers to rest,the right to obtain compensation,labor protection,children＇s right to education,health, pension,unemployment,work injury insurance and other social securiW rights are lack of protection and care. How to protect the rights and interests of migrant workers at the legal level is an urgent and arduous task. Based on the normal status of migrant workers in Xinjiang,this paper puts forward legal suggestions.
