虚实结合的模具设计制造实践教学体系构建 被引量:10

摘要 针对材料成型与控制工程专业模具设计制造实践教学开展难度大、实物实训运行与维护费用高、场地受限等问题,本文首先分析了实践教学的现实困境,基于虚拟仿真技术、计算机网络技术和多媒体技术等,提出虚实结合的模具设计制造实践教学体系的建设要素及其对实践教学的提升作用。然后从"细分三层能力结构"、"五项结合"的实践教学运行模式、"能力主线"的课程方案和实践教学质量保障机制等方面,重点论述虚实结合的实践教学体系的改革及建设方案,深耕模具设计制造实践教学的本质,就虚实结合的实践教学内容和具体实施方法展开研究。与此同时,应用型地方本科高校虚实结合的模具设计制造实践教学体系建设还需要坚守信息化、智能化的办学理念,面向区域校企联合共建。 Predicament of teaching practice was analyzed such as difficult to carry out,high costs of operating and maintenance and restricted sites in the process of practice teaching for material forming and control engineering mold design and manufacturing. Based on virtual simulation technology,computer network technology and multimedia technology,the construction of teaching system for mold design and manufacture virtual and practical was built which enhanced the role of practice teaching. From the practice teaching mode of "segment capacity structures of three stages" together with " five integration",curriculum programs of " mainline capacity " and quality assurance mechanisms of teaching practice,construction and reform program of teaching system combined the actual situation and the practice was mainly discoursed. The study on the actual situation and the practice revealed the essence of practice teaching. Mean- while,the construction of practical teaching system in application-oriented talents training of local undergraduate universifies also needs to adhere to the information,intelligent educational philosophy and united building with oriented-region enterprises.
