摘要
基于"产—学—研"高校创新平台,构筑本科生集中授课与个性化学习相结合的办学模式,旨在培养应用型创新人才。通过"产—学—研"与教师的科研相结合,在教与学的过程中,加强实践教学来突出工程实践能力的培养。鉴于此,本文以深蓝学院的《工程化学》新课程教改为契机,从课程体系与教师队伍等方面进行教学改革,实行重点章节"模块化"、解决问题"模型化"、专业问题"形象化、实践化"、工程实践与案例教学并进的教学形式来彰显机械化工专业的特色。实践表明,《工程化学》新课程改革遵循"产—学—研"模式的教学改革,教学效果显著提高。同时,有利于"双师型"教师的培养,还有助于激发学生对实践中及学术问题的思考,全面推进"产—学—研"模式的课程教改。
Based on the innovation platform,this research aims at constructing a combination of concentrated teaching and individual learning model in college for cultivating the practical and innovative talents. Through the combination of production research and teachers' scientific research,it improved the training ability of engineering practice by strengthening practical teaching during the exchanged course of teaching and learning. Regarding these,the objectives of this paper were to explore a new reform for Engineering Chemistry using the new-found installment of curriculum system and teachers' team,in order to achieve the ways of "modular" in key chapters,"model" in solving troubles and "visual and practical" in professor research for highlighting the special characteristics of mechanical-chemical course. Results obtained here were indicative of a significantly teaching effectiveness of Engineering Chemistry using "Industry-University-Research "teaching mode. Meanwhile,this was in favor of double-meaning teachers team construction and the stimulation of students' thinking on practice-academic issues,and also to comprehensively reform the new teaching model of"Industry-University-Research" in college courses.
