摘要
本科生导师制是培养大学生创新能力,提高人才培养质量的有效途径。本文在分析本科生导师制的渊源与实施概况的基础上,针对本科生导师制实施中存在的主要问题,结合我校具体情况,讨论了本科生导师制建设的几点探索和体会,有助于实现教学相长。
Tutorial system for undergraduate students is an effective way to cultivate college students' innovation ability and improve talents quality. Based on the analysis of the origin and implementation of the tutorial system for undergraduate students,several exploration and practice in our school are discussed in order to solve the current existing problems in the practice and to help the teachers and the students to learn while teaching.
