摘要
针对管理学原理的课程特点,可以采用"双驱动"教学模式,即理论+实践双管齐下。驱动一:理论教学,通过把握理论知识框架、更新理论知识内容、案例库的建设和更新等方法加深学生对管理原理和方法的理解。驱动二:实践教学,可以通过案例教学法、ER P沙盘模拟训练、情景演练与角色扮演、团队合作学习等方法提高学生的管理实操能力。
According to the characteristics of the Principles of Management course. Tiffs paper introduces "dual drive" teaching mode,which is theory + practice. Drive one:theory teaching,through grasp the theoretical knowledge framework,renew the content of the theoretical knowledge,put forward construction and update methods such as deepen students' understanding of management principles and methods. Drive two:the practice teaching, through the case teaching method,ERP sand table simulation training,drills and role playing,group cooperative learning methods to im- prove students' ability in the management field.
