机电一体化技术专业现代学徒制教学模式探讨——以眉山职业技术学院为例 被引量:4

摘要 我国经过30多年的改革开放,国内企业面临产业结构调整与转型升级,对于高职机电一体化技术专业学生毕业后如何适应企业对高技能人才的需要,如何更好地融入到企业中,在人才培养方面如何从企业的需求、利益和方式等方面进行思考,需要我们积极的探索与实践。本文以眉山职业技术学院为例,介绍了机电一体化技术专业"现代学徒制"的工作过程及经验,存在的问题及后续工作计划。 After 30 years of reform and opening up in China,domestic enterprises face the adjustment and transformarion and upgrading of industrial structure. As for students majoring in mechanical and electrical integration technology,how to adapt to the needs of enterprises of high skilled talents after graduation,how to better melt into the enterprise, in terms of talent training,how to think about the needs interests and ways of the enterprise,we need to actively explore and practice. Taking Meishan Vocational and Technical College modem apprenticeship pilot project as an example,introduced the "modem apprenticeship" work process,experiences,problems and the follow up work plan.
