摘要
高职学生的性格特征对学习动机产生,学习过程的把握,学习效果的达成有着密切的联系。利用九型人格理论对高职学生进行性格类型划分,可以掌握他们的性格特征,更合理利用教学方法与手段,真正做到因材施教。
The personalities of vocational college students have a close connection with learning motivation,process and effects. Using Enneagram persooality theory to classify the vocational college student' s personality can have a better understanding on their personality so that we can use the teaching methods and ways in order to truly teach students in accordance with their aptitude.
