摘要
在实施素质教育与创新教育的新形势下,培养中学生的数学能力,提高学生的数学素质,是每位数学教师义不容辞的责任和义务,也是全面实施素质教育的要求。如何培养中学生学习数学的能力和提高他们的学业成绩是一个永恒的主题。
