摘要
班级自主化管理能提高班级管理的实效性,促进学生自主意识和能力的提高,改变教师在传统班级管理中的角色。而有效实施高三班级自主化管理的方法是精心创设自主化活动,本文从创设高三班级自主化活动的"参与度"、"深度"、"高度"和"广度"四个方面浅谈如何创设活动激活高三班级自主化管理。
Class autonomy management can improve the effectiveness of classroom management,promote students' autonomous awareness and ability,and change the role of teachers in the traditional classroom management. The effec- tive implementation method of three class independent management is creating independent activities,from the creation of three class autonomous activities of the "pardcipation","depth" and "height" and "breadth" four aspects of how to create the activation grade of Class Autonomous management.
