Implementation of tutor system in undergraduates is not only closely linked to development of times,but also is helpful for strengthen comprehensive qualities of students as an urgent demand. Tutorial system is an important method for fine education. Changing educational philosophy of teachers and clearing their job responsibilities are the key for success of the tutorial system.
