基于三方共赢的专业学位基地联盟建设探索

Exploration on the Construction of Professional Degree Base Alliance Based on the Three Party Win

本文通过分析专业学位硕士实践基地建设面临的主要问题以及不足,提出了一种将高校科研资源与众多企业研发需求相结合的基地联盟建设模式。该模式以三方共赢为目标,以基地联盟为手段,以制度建设为保障,通过产学研联合培养方式将理论与实践有机结合,将切实提高研究生的工程应用能力,增强校企间的沟通协作,加速高校的成果转化。

In this paper,by analyzing the professional degree of master of the main problems in the practice base construction and shortage,put forward a kind of scientific research resources of colleges and universities with many en- terprise development needs the base of combining the league construction mode. The pattern of tripartite win-win as the goal,by means of base of alliance,the system construction as guarantee,through production joint training way of the organic combination of theory and practice,will graduate engineering application ability,and improve the communica- tions between the enhancing university-enterprise cooperation,accelerate the transformation of the achievements.
