摘要
顶岗实习改革是贯彻和落实国发[2015]40号文件精神的一项重要举措。本文以天津冶金职业技术学院为例,针对学校、企业、学生三方在顶岗实习过程中遇到的问题,通过"互联网+"顶岗实习机制的探索和实施,分析了实施过程和成效,为学校的人才培养优化升级提供翔实的数据支撑。
Post practice is an important measure of reform,which carrying out and implement the national hair [2015]40 file spirit. This paper takes Tianjin Metallurgical Vocation Technology Institute as an example,For schools,en- terprises and students during the three party during internship problems. Through "Internet+" internship exploration and implementation mechanism,This paper analyzes the implementation process and results. Which provide fiall and accurate data support for the optimization and upgrading of the school personnel training.
