双语教学下国际多元化外语人才的培养

The Cultivation of International Foreign Language Talents in Bilingual Teaching

双语教学是新时期国际多元化外语人才培养的重要载体。遵循双语教学理念的原则,在素质教育的引导下构建国际多元化外语人才培养模式。双语教学下的多元化外语人才培养具有开放性、实践性的特点。在对双语教学规律进行认识的同时,将会间接性的开展多元化外语教学行为。外语人才培养在注重理论知识与实践能力提升的同时,也将关注点放在职业素质等水平的提升上。双语教学下的多元化外语人才培养是新时期外语教育深化改革的重要表现。多元化外语人才的培养还要注重及时的教学评价,这对于完善双语教学下多元化外语人才培养能够发挥借鉴作用。本文对双语教学下国际多元化外语人才的培养进行了相应的分析。

Bilingual teaching is an important carrier of international foreign language talents training in the new era. According to the principle of bilingual teaching, the cultivation mode of international foreign language talents is con- structed under the guidance of quality education. Under the bilingual teaching,the training of foreign language talents has the characteristics of openness and practicality. In the understanding of the law of bilingual teaching,it will be an in- direct and diversified foreign language teaching behavior. Foreign language talent training not only focus on theoretical knowledge and practical ability,but also focus on the level of professional quality,etc. The cultivation of diversified for- eign language talents should also pay attention to the teaching evaluation,which can play a reference role for the im- provement of the foreign language talents training in the bilingual teaching. In this paper,we analyze the development of international foreign language talents in bilingual teaching.
