人才培养模式改革的目的是培养出适应相应社会岗位的专业人才。笔者根据多年的教学经验,根据专业定位和课程来源,针对不同专业的学生特点,制定出适用于各专业的课程质量标准和预期学习成果实施计划,并在教学内容、教学手段和教学方法上进行改革,以期更好地发挥概率论课程在培养学生基本素质和能力方面的作用。

The objective of talent cultivation mode reform is to cultivate the corresponding social position of pro- fessional talents. The author based on years of teaching experience,professional orientation and curriculum according to the source,according to the characteristics of the students of different professions,develop curriculum quality standards applicable to all professional and expected learning outcomes of the implementation plan,and in teaching content,teach- ing methods and the teaching method reform,in order to better play the role of probability theory course in cultivating students＇ basic quality and ability.
