摘要
本文根据目前本科高校的职业素质培养教学工作的现状,在分析其对职业素质的理解与认识的基础上,寻找在本科专业建设转型期针对应用型本科专业在准职业人培养方面的改革途径和实施方法,通过准职业人培养体系建设全面提升学生的创业就业能力。
In this paper, according to present situation of the professional quality training for undergraduate course colleges and universities,based on the analysis of the professional quality training,we are looking for reform approaches and implementation method of quasi-vocation-holders training. By professional quality training system the students employability will be improved.
