摘要
目的探讨多功能评估工具尺在临床护理评估中的应用效果。方法将120例手术患者随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组采用传统纸质版护理评估单,观察组设计并制作多功能评估工具尺,对患者疼痛、压疮和深静脉血栓风险进行评估。结果观察组评估耗时显著短于对照组(均P<0.01);92.31%护理人员愿意使用多功能评估工具尺,使用满意度得分率77.88%。结论多功能评估工具尺受到护理人员的认可,可节省风险评估时间,提高工作效率。
Objective To evaluate the effect of a novel multifunctional device for risk assessment in nursing practice. Methods One hundred and twenty surgical patients were randomized to a control group and an observation group of 60. Paper version risk assess- ment sheets were used in the control group and novel multifunctional device made of organic glass was used in the observation group for assessment of pain, pressure ulcer risk, and deep vein thrombosis risk. Results Time taken for assessment was significantly shorter in the observation group than the control group （P〈0.01）. More than ninety percent （92.31%） of nurses preferred to use the novel multifunctional device, with the scoring rate of satisfaction being 77.88%. Conclusion The novel multifunctional device for risk assessment obtains positive feedbacks from nurses because it saves time in risk assessment and promotes work efficiency.
