持续血液净化治疗在肾功能障碍感染性休克患者中的应用

Application of Continuous Blood Purification Therapy in the Treatment of Septic Shock in Patients with Renal Dysfunction

目的:研究持续血液净化技术在治疗肾功能障碍感染性休克中的效果。方法:在笔者所在医院收治的肾功能障碍感染性休克患者中随机选出120例作为本研究对象,将其随机分成观察组和对照组,给予观察组患者持续血液净化技术治疗,给予对照组患者血液透析治疗,对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的血尿素氮、血钾、血肌酐水平均低于对照组,且碳酸氢盐水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在肾功能障碍感染性休克的临床治疗中,持续血液净化技术治疗效果确切,能有效降低机体的炎症反应,减轻病情,改善预后,值得在临床治疗中推广应用。

Objective： To study the effect of continuous blood purification technology in the treatment of renal dysfunction in septic shock.Method： In our hospital, 120 patients with renal dysfunction in septic shock were randomly selected as the research object, randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the observation group was given continuous blood purification treatment for patients.The control group was given hemodialysis treatment, the effects in two groups were compared.Result： After the treatment, the observation group of patients with blood urea nitrogen, serum potassium, serum creatinine levels were lower than the control group, and bicarbonate salt level was higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conelusion： In the clinical treatment of renal dysfunction in septic shock, the continuous blood purification treatment can effectively reduce inflammation, reduce the body disease, improve the prognosis, it is worthy of popularization and application in clinical treatment.
