针灸治疗肝癌肝动脉化疗栓塞术后难治性呃逆疗效观察

目的:观察针灸治疗肝癌经导管动脉化疗栓塞术后难治性呃逆的临床疗效。方法:26例进行针灸治疗,针刺取双侧内关、内庭、足三里,灸法取中脘,每天治疗1次,疗程6天。结果:总有效率88.5%。中位呃逆发生时间为29h,中位呃逆明显缓解时间为67h;呃逆发生时间小于等于48h明显缓解时间大于呃逆发生时间大于48h(P<0.05)。结论:针灸治疗肝癌经导管动脉化疗栓塞术后难治性呃逆疗效确切,呃逆早期发生则明显缓解时间较长。

Objective ： To observe the curative effect of acupuncture treatment on postoperative intractable hiccups of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization in patients with liver cancer. Method： 26 patients were treated wilh acupunclure in Neiguan point, Neiting point, Zusanli point on both sides and moxibution on Zhongwan point, once a day, six days as one course. Result： The total effective rate was 88.5%.Median occurrence time of hiccup was 29 hours. Median significant relief time of hiccup was 67 hours. Median significant relief time of hiccups in patients （ 〉48h ） , which was longer than median occunrrence time of hiccups （ ≤48h ） and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Acupuncture treatmcnl has definite curative effect on postoperative intractable hiccup of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization in patieJats with liver caneer. Median significant relief time of hiccups occurred early was longer.
