摘要
本文主要综述了近年来热分析法在药物质量分析研究中多晶型方面的应用及发展前景。热分析技术是测定药物在一定受热条件下发生相变的快速简便的工具,通过判断药物稳定晶型和亚稳态晶型的热效应不同来进行研究,并可通过一定的分析手段进行定性定量研究。它具有操作方法简便,成本低,结果精确度及准确度高,在药物多晶型分析研究中具有重要意义,受到国内外越来越多的重视,具有广大的应用前景。
In this article,we reviewed thermal analysis in the recent studies of pharmaceutical quality analysis,application,and development prospects in polymorph area. Thermal analysis techniques are a quick and easy tool for measuring the phase transition that occurs at certain medication heating conditions. Different studies have been carried out by judging the stable crystalline form of drug and thermal effect of metastable crystalline form,and can be used in quantitative and qualitative research through certain analytical tools. It is a simple method of operation,low cost,high accuracy and precision of the results,so it is important in the pharmaceutical polymorphs analysis. More attention,at home and abroad,has been paid to its broad application prospects.
