基于形态学标记青贮玉米自交系的聚类分析

Cluster analysis of silage maize inbred lines base on Morphological marker

以我国标准玉米自交系为参考对照,利用形态学标记法对自主选育的青贮玉米自交系株高、穗位、茎粗、雄穗分枝、穗重、穗长、穗粗、穗行数、行粒数、百粒重等10个农艺性状进行调查研究,通过聚类分析将36份青贮玉米自交系划分为5大类,为今后选配优良的青贮玉米杂交组合、培育新品种提供科学参考。

Using morphological marker method investigated Plant height、Ear position、Stem diameter、Male spike branching、Ear weight、Ear length、Ear diameter、Ear row number、Rowgrain number、100grain weight of 10 agronomic traits all together,reference to the standard maize inbred lines in China. Through the cluster analysis,36 inbred lines are divided into 5 categories. In order to provide a scientific reference for the new hybrid combinations of Silage Maize and Breeding new varieties in the future.
