医学实习生焦虑情绪现况及其相关影响因素

Current situation and related factors of anxiety in medical interns

目的了解湖南省部分医学实习生焦虑情绪现况及其相关影响因素,并为制订干预性措施提出相关建议。方法采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、自制调查表对湖南省5家医院396名医学实习生进行问卷调查。结果医学实习生焦虑总发生率为18.20%。不同科室、学历、性别之间的焦虑发生率存在差异(P<0.05),但在家庭经济状况,身体健康没有差异(P>0.05)。不同科室类型、学历、户籍类型和带教老师职称是焦虑发生的相关因素。比值分别为2.697、3.414、0.224、和3.363。结论湖南省医学实习生焦虑总发生率较高,并与多方面因素相关,且有其特殊性。其心理健康工作有待加强,及早地进行有针对性的焦虑心理干预,有助于提高医学实习生的心理健康水平。

Objective To learn the prevalence and related factors of anxiety in medical interns of Hunan Province,to provide references for formulating intervention measures. Methods 396 medical interns of 5 hospitals in Hunan Province were administered self-rating anxiety scale, and self-developed factor questionnaire. Results The prevalence of anxiety of medical interns was 18.2%. The comparisons of anxietyprevalence between different departments, education, males and females （P〈0.05）, but no statistical difference was found among family economic situation or the physical health （P〉0.05）. Different departments, Urban and rural, the types of students and teaching teacher title, their OR were 2.697,3.414,0.224, and2.697 respectively. Conclusions There is significant anxiety in medical interns and several factors can predict anxiety, which has its particularity. The medical interns＇ mental health education should be enhanced. It is vital for hospitals to carry out various kinds of activities on active mental interference, and improve students＇mental health.
