2014-2015年无锡市惠山区艾滋病自愿咨询检测情况分析

Analysis on AIDS voluntary counseling and testing in Huishan district of Wuxi in 2014-2015

目的分析无锡市惠山区2014-2015年艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)人群HIV抗体检出情况,为今后更好地开展艾滋病防治工作提供依据。方法从艾滋病综合防治信息系统中导出VCT个案数据,导入SPSS进行数据分析。结果 2014-2015年无锡市惠山区共有797人至区疾控中心接受自愿咨询,793人接受检测,检测率99.50%,HIV抗体初筛阳性率2.40%,男性初筛阳性率(7.61%)明显高于女性(0.82%),初筛阳性者均来自主动求询,有男男性行为史的人群初筛阳性率(28.57%)显著高于配偶/固定性伴阳性(13.21%)及商业异性性行为史(0.85%)的人群。结论 VCT有利于发现高危人群中的潜在HIV感染者,有利于明确艾滋病防治工作重点,我区会进一步加大VCT的覆盖面,使VCT工作在艾滋病防治中发挥更大作用。

Objective To analyze the status of HIV infection about the people taking AIDS voluntary counseling and testing （VCT） services in Huishan district of Wuxi in 2014-2015 ;to provide the scientific evidence for HIV/AIDS prevention and control. Methods Case reports and patients＇ information were exported from HIV/AIDS Comprehensive Response Information Management System,which was subjected to descriptive epidemiological analysis by SPSS software.Results The number of subjects taking VCT services during 2014-2015 were 797, in which 793 took the HIV test （99.50 %）,the postive rate of HIV primary screening tests were 2.40 %.The infection rate of male （7.61%） was higher than female （0.82 %）.All the subjects which were found HIV positive were from actively seeking consultation.The infection rate among SMS （28.57 %） was higher than the subjects whose spouses/regular sex partners were HIV postive （ 13.21%） and the subjects who had commercial sex behaviors （0. 85%）.Conclusions VCT services were effective for early diagnosis of HIV infection,it can help us clear the focus of AIDS prevention and control.We＇ll further increase the coverage of VCT and make it play a greater role in AIDS prevention and control.
