In recent years, treatment of HCV occurred great changes, by the standard interferon plus ribavirin, with development of novel oral direct antiviral drug application. And it mainly introduced the treatment effect and market situation of new direct antiviral agents listed , hoping to provide certain reference for the later development of the treatment of hepatitis C virus （HCV）.
