复方嗜酸乳杆菌片联合常规治疗功能性消化不良疗效分析

Analysis on effect of Compound Lactobacillus Acidophilus Tablets combined with routine therapy in treating functional dyspepsia

目的探讨复方嗜酸乳杆菌片联合常规治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的疗效。方法选取2013年7月至2015年7月该院收治的功能性消化不良患者114例,根据用药方案将其分为对照组和联合组,每组57例。对照组患者予奥美拉唑、莫沙比利常规抑酸、护胃、促动力常规治疗,联合组在常规治疗基础上予复方嗜酸乳杆菌片治疗。比较两组患者的症状改善效果、整体疗效、症状好转率与时间关系及不良反应情况。结果联合组反酸、嗳气、胃灼热,上腹部饱胀、疼痛等症状改善效果均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组治疗总有效率[91.23%(53/57)]明显优于对照组[71.93%(41/57)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组患者服药5、7、10 d及2周症状改善率较对照组明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组患者腹泻、怠倦等不良反应发生率[5.26%(3/57)]明显低于对照组[17.54%(10/57)],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规抑酸、护胃、促动力治疗基础上加用复方嗜酸乳杆菌片治疗FD,可明显改善患者的腹部不适症状,缩短症状改善时间,总体疗效显著,不良反应少,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of Compound Lactobacillus Acidophilus Tablets combined with routine therapy in treating functional dyspepsia（FD）. Methods One hundred and fourteen cases of FD in our hospital from July 2013 to July2015 were selected and divided into the control group and combined group according to the medication scheme,75 cases in each group. The cases of the control group were given omeprazole and mosapride for conducting the routine therapy of acid suppres-sion,stomach protecting and stomach power promoting,while on this basis the combined group was added with Compound Lactobacillus Acidophilus Tablets. The effects of symptoms improvement,overall efficacy,symptom improvement rate and its relation with time,and adverse reactions were statistically compared between the two groups. Results The symptom improvement effect of acid regurgitation,belching,heartburn,upper abdominal fullness and pain in the combined group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate in the combined group was91.23%（53/57）,which was significantly higher than 71.93%（41/57） in the control group with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. The symptom improvement rate after 5,7,10 d,2 weeks medication in the combined group was significantly increased compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The occurrence rates of adverse reactions such as diarrhea and fatigue in the combined group[5.26%（3/57）] was significantly lower than those in the control group[17.54%（10/57）],the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Adding Compound Lactobacillus Acidophilus Tablet on the basis of routine acid suppression,stomach protecting and stomach power promoting treatment can significantly improve patients ′ abdominal discomfort,shortens the symptoms improvement time,its total effect is obvious with less adverse reactions,which is worth promotion and application.
