摘要
航天对地观测具有全球性,不受国界领空限制,快速响应机制对灾害救援和军事应用等具有重要意义。分析了航天对地观测系统组成、工作流程及其发展趋势,研究了快速响应空间概念和提高系统快速响应能力的相关环节,以任务规划控制快速响应为例,提出了基于平台/插件思想实现系统快速研发与流程再造的技术路线,试验验证了技术成果的可行性,给出了航天对地观测快速响应系统未来发展模型的构想。
The global earth observation systems have such advantages as wide area coverage, unrestricted airspace and national boundaries.A fast response mechanism has important significance in disaster rescue and military applications.This paper analyzes the system composition and working process of space observation system, and studies the fast response space concept and the related link of improving the fast response capability of system.Taking the fast response mission planning control as an example, this paper proposes the technological route about rapid development of system and process reengineering based on platform/plug-in idea.The experiment resuhs show that the technological achievement is feasible.The idea of the future development model on fast response system of space earth observation is given.
