摘要
天线的电性能指标依赖于表面的精度,而表面精度又受外载荷影响,因此研究天线在外载作用下的静、动态特性显得非常重要。利用ANSYS软件,通过APDL编制命令流,建立车载相控阵天线骨架的有限元模型,对其进行静力学分析,求出各种工况下的变形和应力分布情况,结果表明天线骨架两侧边缘处变形最大,中间与两边连接处容易发生应力集中。对天线的动态特性分析,计算其固有频率,找出结构的共振频率,有效避免受迫振动引起的危害。
The electrical performance of antenna depends on the surface precision and the surface precision is affected by the external load.So it is very important to study the static and dynamic characteristics of the antenna under the external loads.The finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to establish the vehicle-borne phased array antenna framework through the APDL command stream.Through the static analysis,the deformation and stress distribution under different conditions are obtained.The results show that the deformation of both sides of the antenna skeleton is the largest and the stress concentration is apt to occur in the middle and both sides of the joint.The dynamic characteristics of the antenna are analyzed, its natural frequency is calculated, the resonance frequency of the structure is found,and thus the harm caused by the forced vibration can be avoided effectively.
