摘要
三卤化硼BX3是典型的Lewis酸,在化学中有广泛的应用。通常认为,BX3Lewis酸性依BF3〈BCI3〈BBrs顺序依次增强,这与按取代基电负性数值判断中心原子缺电子得到的结论完全相反。目前,关于影响BX3Lewis酸性的因素,还存在不同的观点。本文选取其中有代表性的研究进行了比较分析。
Boron trihalides are used widely in chemistry as typical Lewis acids. It is well known that the acid strength of boron trihalides increases in the order BF3〈2BCI3〈BBr3. This ordering, however, is contrary to that expected from electronegativity differences and steric effects arguments, which suggest that boron trifluoride should be the strongest Lewis acid in the series. Much effort, particularly from the theoretical side, was devoted to shed light on this ap- parent controversy. In the present contribution the different theoretical studies have been com- pared.
