大跨度双层斜交椭圆形网壳结构网架高空散装施工技术 被引量:12

摘要 泰兴市体育中心体育馆应用大跨度双层斜交椭圆形网壳结构网架高空散装施工技术,加快了安装进度,确保了质量安全,节省了工程成本。对安装顺序、测量控制、材料及机具要求、屋面散拼及地面小拼单元拼装、螺栓球节点网架总拼、网架落位控制及注意事项、支架拆除及高空散装注意事项进行介绍,并列举施工过程中的安全验算、支架安全措施、起重机吊装安全措施及高强螺栓连接安全措施,为类似工程提供借鉴参考。 The high-altitude net frame assembly technique for oblique-crossing wide-span double- layer oval reticulated shell structure was adopted in the gymnasium project of Taixing Sports Center, to accelerate the installation speed, guarantee construction quality and safety, and reduce construction cost. This paper introduced various construction aspects, including installation sequence, measurement control, material and equipment requirements, assembly on ground and roof, final assembly of bolted spheric joint net frame, net frame positioning control and importance, support dismantlement, as well as importance of high-altitude assembly, etc. Some cases were described for construction safety verification and safety measures for supporting, crane lifting and high-tensile bolting, etc., providing references for similar projects.
