摘要
超高玻璃钢烟囱一般用钢结构塔架固定,为减少高空焊接常采用高强螺栓连接。对钢结构塔架制作精度、各连接节点板空间角度及螺栓孔位置精度要求极高。以某市热力有限公司玻璃钢烟囱项目为例,介绍一种玻璃钢烟囱钢塔架加工关键技术,以实现构件标准化生产,保证标准构件单元的尺寸精度、互换性要求及产品质量。
Super-high fiberglass reinforced plastic chimney was often fixed by steel tower truss, and they are frequently connected by high-tensile bolt to reduce the welding workload at high altitude. This method requires very high accuracy of steel structure tower truss, space angle of node plate and bolt hole position. Taking the fiberglass reinforced plastic chimney project in a heating company as an example, this paper introduced a kind of key processing technique of steel tower truss of fiberglass reinforced plastic chimney, to realize standardized production of components and guarantee dimensional accuracy and interchangeability of standard components, as well as high product quality.
